I’m a psycholinguistics PhD who is currently retraining as a chaplain. I enjoy the social company of women and am available for dates and events. These can range from coffee dates to weekend breaks. My research experience is in psycholinguistics, which deals with how language affects emotion, cognition, and thought. My PhD thesis focused on communication disorders and psychopathology. I have also previously worked in mental health settings. I’m still research-active, consulting on three projects currently. I’m also interested in relationship research and kink studies. I’m well positioned for meeting the psychological, as well as social and practical, needs of clients. Though I should say that I am neither a clinical psychologist nor licensed therapist. It’s better to think of me as an informed conversationalist rather than a mental health professional. My interests include tattoos, casual weightlifting, reading, massage and aromatherapy, BDSM, art and music, and of course communication. Due to childcare commitments, my availability on Friday evenings and Saturday daytimes is limited. There may be some flexibility around this, however. Please book some weeks ahead of time for longer engagements. My fees are £100 per hour or £800 per day. I prefer payment in advance by bank transfer but can accommodate cash on arrival. There is no charge for initial consultations via WhatsApp.
